Maintenance and Production Administrator

You will be responsible for ticket entry, invoicing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
This position will also have vendor interaction related to the maintenance and production departments.
In this newly created role, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and collaborate with the Director of Finance.
The Maintenance and Production Administrator will assist with streamlining processes to improve overall efficiency and productivity.

Maintenance and Production Administrator Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Procure parts for maintenance, engineering and production as needed.
Source parts from various vendors with cost saving in mind.
Work with the Maintenance Manager to update trackers, schedules, and overall project coordination.
Maintain orderly records of all documents.
Pack, stock, organize and rearrange products in warehouse.
Maintain inventory upkeep of critical and spare parts, storeroom area upkeep and organization.
Prepare capital expenditure form for department manager approval.
Responsible for upkeep and on time completion of work orders in the CMMS software database.
Updates assets, PM's and maintenance records.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Maintenance and Production Administrator
Qualifications:
2-5 years Maintenance Administrator or related maintenance experience Excellent written and oral communication Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS software to complete orders and reports Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Ability to adjust priorities as needed Strong attention to detail Strong work ethic Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Organizational skills in a manufacturing setting About Us:
